Wet Chemical Fire Extinguisher

Wet chemical fire extinguishers are most commonly used to extinguish Class F fires which involve cooking oils and deep fat fryers. When applied, the wet chemical reacts with the substrate to create a soapy foam which smothers the oil or fat and prevents the fire from re-igniting.

Wet chemical fire extinguishers can also be used to tackle Class A fires (wood, paper, straw, textiles, furniture etc) and Class B fires (flammable liquids, petrol, oils etc).

Our wet chemical fire extinguishers are manufactured in accordance with EN 3 regulations, are BSI Kitemarked and feature a CE mark. They are supplied as standard with a wall mounting bracket for easy fitting. Where a wall fitting is not suitable, please take a look at our range of Fire Extinguisher Stands.
