Phoenix Fire Store primarily supplies fire protection equipment to customers in the UK.

Locally, Phoenix supplies to private and commercial customers in the surrounding counties of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Annual servicing of fire extinguishers is also available for our local customers as well as fire extinguisher hire for events.

  • What are your business hours?

    Mon - Thu 8.00am - 4.00pm

    Friday -      8.00am - 3pm

    Sat - Sun   Closed

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Orders placed before 12.00pm on weekdays are usually dispatched next working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

  • UK delivery

    All goods ordered before 12.00pm (weekend and Bank Holiday orders are sent out the next working day) from stock are usually sent to UK postcode addresses on a next working day delivery service.

  • Do you deliver to countries outside the UK?

    Please call or email us as some items can be sent worldwide when prior arrangement has been made to calculate accurate shipping cost.

  • What is your return policy?

    If you wish to return an item, you must notify us by email to sales@phoenixfirestore.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. Used items can only be returned if they are found to be faulty.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    If agreed by Phoenix Fire Store that the goods can be returned, a handling fee of 20% or £15.00 (whichever is the greater) will be levied and the return and subsequent carriage charges will be your responsibility.
